Narrowboat Fit-outs and Re-furb's

To compliment the services offered here at Ashwood, Emlyn Long Joinery offers a bespoke re-fit service that ranges from simple fixings and replacements to complete re-fits.  Examples of this variation include:

• Panel and flooring replacements
• Galley and/or bathroom refurbishments
• Adding built in furniture in a saloon or bedroom area
• Complete gutting of existing interior with new fit out that includes new insulaton, wiring etc.

Emlyn also offers a fit out service on brand new shells.  This can range from total fit out to supporting a client that has completed a partial fit out but wants assistance on specific areas/items.

Ashwood Marina supports Emlyn in this work by providing plans and specifications of the required works as well as arranging associated plumbing, gas and electrical works.

Where applicable we also assist with obtaining relevant certification such as Boat Safety Examinations and Post Construction Assessments.
